Stood in the departure gate I looked around at the other passengers and I felt immediate regret.
I was about to embark on a 13 hour direct flight and I nearly ran back to the airport shops despite boarding being 10 minutes away.
I decided against this unrealistic impulse. But what did I see to cause such ambitious thinking?
I saw three of the coolest dudes I had ever seen in my life…not because of fashion or style…
…but because I respected their forward planning decisions for long-haul flights.
So what item actually caused my tremendous envy?

Travel Neck Pillow
The first thing I did when I stepped off that gruelling flight was purchase one on Amazon. Best tenner I've ever spent.
I'm not a big sleeper on long flights…but it's been a lifesaver for being a comfortable zombie watching endless in-flight movies.
And I'm even considering an upgrade, such as this one below…

I'm a fidgeter…so I like my sitting sessions to be as flexible as possible…even on a cramped economy flight with the guy in front putting his seat all the way back (completely hindered my enjoyment of that terrible movie “The Meg” starring Jason Statham).
