DigiNo (digino.org) is run by Jason McCarthy in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK data protection law. Questions: use the Contact page.

What We Collect and Why

Email address and optional details when you join a DigiNo list, ask the AI Training Job Matcher for job alerts, or unlock your Interview Practice report. Alongside your email we may store the field you chose (for example, healthcare) and your practice score and short report. We use this to send the guide, job alerts and AI training tips. Our email provider is Kit (kit.com). Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link.
Anonymous usage counts. Our own counter records which page you were on and which button or option you clicked in the Matcher, the chat and on referral links (for example, “Mercor link clicked on the Ethos page”). It stores no name, email, IP address or cookie. Basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages help people.
Link click logs. Our link redirect plugin (Pretty Links) records clicks on some short links, which can include your IP address and browser type. Basis: legitimate interest in measuring and protecting our links. Kept no longer than needed for that purpose.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic. Google may set cookies; see Google's privacy policy.
Contact forms. If you message us, we keep your message and email to reply.

What We Do Not Collect

Interview Practice answers are scored in your browser and are not sent to or stored by DigiNo.
Voice answers. If you use the microphone, your browser's built-in speech service (for example, Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari) turns speech into text. DigiNo never receives your audio.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your email with AI training platforms. When you apply to a platform, you do so directly on its site, under its own privacy policy.

Who Processes Data for Us

Kit (email), Google Analytics (traffic), WPX Hosting (website hosting) and Wordfence (website security).

Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent, through the Contact page. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
