How Does micro1 Pay?
micro1 runs a semi-monthly payroll in USD. Work from the 1st to the 15th is paid around the 20th. Work from the 16th to the end of the month is paid around the 5th of the next month.
Contracts and pay run through Deel at payroll.micro1.ai. You finish a KYC identity check there before any payment can go out.
Each project pays one of three ways: hourly for approved tracked time, per approved task, or a flat fee per approved task. Hourly time is tracked in the Hubstaff app.
