Yes, TELUS International AI is legit, but it has a new name. TELUS International rebranded as TELUS Digital, and its AI training contributor program is now called the TELUS Digital AI Community. It hires part-time, remote freelancers for rating, search evaluation, maps and language work, and pays based on the tasks you complete.
The facts below come from TELUS Digital's own pages and job board, read on 2026-10-12, plus a Reddit pass the same day. DigiNo has no link with TELUS and earns nothing from it.
TELUS International Is Now TELUS Digital
TELUS Digital's own page says the company rebranded from TELUS International to TELUS Digital. The old telusinternational.com address now redirects to telusdigital.com.
The contributor login still runs on telusinternational.ai, but the page carries the TELUS Digital name. So an email or login screen showing either name can be genuine, as long as it comes from those official sites.

Is TELUS International AI Legit?
TELUS Digital's rebrand page places it in the TELUS family of companies, and its job listings describe a company of 78,000 people in 33 countries serving more than 600 organizations. Its AI Community job pages say the community has more than one million contributors.
The work is real and freelance. Every listing we read says the role is offered on an independent contractor basis, not as employment.

What AI Community Contributors Do
On 2026-10-12 the AI Community job board listed 73 open roles, almost all remote and part time. The titles repeat by country and language:
- Internet Safety Evaluator
- Personalized Internet Assessor, including an ads version
- Online Data Analyst
- Media Search Analyst
- Evaluator (United States)
The US Evaluator listing describes reviewing text, images, videos, webpages and search results for relevance, quality and accuracy. It warns that some content can be sensitive or upsetting. The Online Data Analyst roles check map data and web information for accuracy.

Who Can Join
No previous professional experience is needed for these listings. The bar is local knowledge and language:
- The US Evaluator role asks for three consecutive years living in the United States.
- The South Africa Online Data Analyst role asks for five consecutive years living in South Africa.
- You need strong written English, or the language of the role, plus familiarity with that country's news, media, sport and culture.
- You need a computer and daily broadband. The US role also asks for a smartphone and active Gmail and social media use.
The US rating program allows only one person per household. TELUS says that if two people from the same household take part, all of the accounts may be removed.

How TELUS Digital Pays
TELUS Digital says pay is based on tasks completed and project availability. Earnings vary with task volume, quality and productivity, and you choose when and how much you work, within what the project offers.
The listings we read do not publish a rate or a payment method, so check both in your contract before you start.

What Raters Say on Reddit
We read recent threads in r/TELUSinternational and r/TELUSDigital. Raters there treat it as a real program, and they raise the same problems again and again:
- Some new raters say their account went under review, or they were let go, within days or weeks of starting, with little explanation.
- A new browser extension for time tracking arrived in September 2026, and raters report pauses, connection errors and login trouble with it.
- Raters say questioning a quality score takes unpaid time, and that some tasks give little time for long guidelines.
- A few people report work that was accepted but not paid, while others say they have worked past projects and the program is genuine.
- Newcomers often ask which site is real. Stick to the official job board and login above.
